The SCA Brewing Intermediate training is all about correctly analyzing the prepared coffee. We look for the most consistent brewing method and actions in order to correctly assess the end result. The parameters that apply in the SCA Brewing Foundation serve as a guideline. We measure using the Coffee Brew Control Chart and the refractometer to gain the best insight into the perfect cup of coffee.
