
Your start as a professional barista! ☕ Would you like to master the art of coffee making and work as a real barista? During the training course, which lasts five days, you will not only learn how to prepare the perfect espresso or cappuccino, but also how to serve the most important coffee drinks on the menu professionally and hospitably. And, of course, we pay attention to the visual aspect—with Latte Art, we teach you how to pour the most beautiful designs into milk drinks.

SCA BARISTA SKILLS INTERMEDIATE | We go beyond just technique: you learn to critically analyze whether your coffee meets the highest quality standards, based on both measured factors and taste.
SCA BREWING INTERMEDIATE | In de SCA Brewing Intermediate training analyseren we de bereide koffie met behulp van de refractometer en de coffee brew control chart.
SCA SENSORY FOUNDATION | You taste beans from different origins, varieties, and processing methods—and learn how to translate these experiences into clear flavor profiles.
