BARISTA PROGRAM
The Level 1 Barista Program is ideal for beginners. You’ll learn the basics of the barista trade: making espresso, preparing milk-based drinks, latte art and various brewing methods. By the end of the course, you’ll be ready to start working as a barista.
In the Barista Program Level 2, you’ll learn all about the finer points of the trade. You’ll delve deeper into flavour profiles, coffee analysis and how to optimise the quality of every cup of coffee.

In the Coffee Roasting Program Level 2, you will delve deeper into the roasting process, flavour profiles and creating your own roast profile.
