Discover the world behind coffee roasting! 🔥 Would you like to understand how green coffee beans are transformed into the flavourful coffee we drink every day? During this one-day training course, you will learn the basics of the roasting process, heat regulation and how to recognise changes in the bean. You will gain insight into defects, roasting methods and different types of coffee roasters. An ideal first step for anyone who wants to learn coffee roasting professionally or as a hobby.

SCA SENSORY FOUNDATION | To supplement the SCA Roasting training, we also recommend following the SCA Sensory programme, where you will learn how to cup freshly roasted coffee. To determine whether your coffee has been roasted correctly, you must always taste it.
