In this training you will discover how to train your sensory skills and learn how to understand flavors on a deeper level. You’ll taste bean from different origins, varieties and processing methods – you will learn how to translate your experience into coherent flavor profiles.
The SCA Sensory Foundation training is the perfect addition to your barista or coffee career. Whether you are a barista, coffee roaster or salesperson, this training will enrich your knowledge and craftsmanship.
