In the SCA Brewing Foundation training you will become acquainted with all variables that influence the quality of preparing filter coffee with various brewing methods. We familiarize you with the steps to prepare filter coffee. We occasionally refer to the espresso machine but mainly focus on alternative brewing methods.
The SCA Brewing Foundation training is also part of The Coffee Program & Barista Program Level 1, courses for baristas, coffee roasters, and coffee sellers.

There are no admission requirements. However, we do recommend gaining practical experience during the training. You are also welcome to practice at our Koffieschool.
