If you are a coffee roaster with the ambition to stand out from the crowd and truly get the very best out of your beans, then this training is suitable for you.

GREEN COFFEE: the physical properties and how these properties can influence the roasting process
THERMODYNAMICS IN COFFEE ROASTING: temperature control and heat transfer
SENSORY ANALYSIS: how to evaluate coffee by taste and how specific roasting profiles influence flavor
WHOLESALE AND RETAIL BUSINESS: how and to whom you sell your beans
PHYSICAL CHANGES: what visual changes the bean undergoes and how this affects flavor extraction
CHEMICAL CHANGES: what chemical changes occur in the bean and how this affects flavor extraction
ROASTERY MANAGEMENT: what is involved in running a coffee roastery
